In Abu Dhabi, Inception, a G42 company specializing in AI-native products, has announced the integration of JAIS 70B, K2-Diamond-Chat, and advanced audio services into the latest release of the JAIS Chat mobile app. JAIS Chat now offers Arabic speakers the choice of three AI model options: JAIS 30B, JAIS 70B, and the new K2-Diamond-Chat. The K2-Diamond-Chat model enables users to tackle complex mathematical problems and manipulation of symbolic expressions. Inception has launched this new model in partnership with the Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI).

In a statement, Andrew Jackson, Acting CEO of Inception, highlighted the company’s efforts to enhance offerings for the Arabic speaking community. The goal is to make the most advanced Arabic bilingual model, JAIS 70B, accessible to as many people as possible. The collaboration with MBZUAI aims to train stronger foundational models in specialized domains. Inception is focused on driving speed and building AI native products that can simplify data-rich segments within various business and sector domains.

Eric Xing, MBZUAI President and University Professor, praised the partnership with Inception and emphasized the importance of developing AI solutions that benefit society. The two companies will work closely together to create innovative and impactful language and domain models. The latest update to the JAIS Chat app also includes Inception’s latest audio models, offering automatic transcription of Arabic speech into text and converting text into natural sounding speech.

Inception is committed to making its advanced AI technology accessible to all. The JAIS Chat app is available for free on both iOS and Android platforms, as well as on the company’s website. This commitment to equitable AI ensures that users of all backgrounds can benefit from Inception’s cutting-edge technology. Overall, the integration of JAIS 70B, K2-Diamond-Chat, and advanced audio services into the JAIS Chat app represents a significant step forward for Inception. By offering Arabic speakers a choice of AI models and collaborating with MBZUAI, the company is demonstrating its commitment to delivering breadth, capability, and performance to the Arabic speaking community.
