MP Dr. Maryam Al Dhaen has lauded the decision made by Minister of Education Dr. Mohammed Juma to implement digital tutoring lessons across Bahrain, emphasizing the positive impact this initiative will have on the quality of education in the Kingdom. The move aligns with His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa’s vision for sustainable development and a brighter future for the nation. Dr. Al Dhaen noted that the digital tutoring service will provide accessible and effective reinforcement lessons for students, while also relieving financial and emotional burdens on parents.

In addition to praising the introduction of digital tutoring, Dr. Al Dhaen also referenced a proposal she had put forth in October 2023, suggesting the broadcasting of tutoring lessons on a dedicated Bahrain TV channel. This proposal draws inspiration from successful international practices of using specialized channels for educational content, with the goal of enhancing students’ academic performance. By leveraging modern technology and digital transformation, students will have access to a variety of educational resources, including videos and interactive tests, allowing for personalized education tailored to their individual needs.

The implementation of digital tutoring aligns with Bahrain Vision 2030, focusing on digital transformation and technology’s role in education. Dr. Al Dhaen described this initiative as a forward-thinking step that ensures high-quality education is accessible to all students, regardless of their location. The use of digital tutoring not only enhances educational services but also allows teachers to provide tailored support to students, strengthening the learning process and overall academic performance.

Dr. Al Dhaen commended the Minister of Education for his dedication to improving the educational process, stating that his decision to introduce digital tutoring reflects his commitment to the well-being and future success of students. By embracing modern technology and digital platforms, the Ministry of Education is taking a significant stride towards enhancing the overall quality of education in Bahrain, offering students the tools and resources needed to succeed academically.

The digital tutoring initiative not only benefits students and parents but also supports teachers in providing tailored support and enhancing the learning experience for students. By incorporating digital platforms into the educational system, Bahrain is demonstrating its commitment to leveraging technology for the improvement of education. This move towards digital transformation reflects a broader shift in the education sector towards innovative and effective teaching methods, ensuring that students have access to the resources they need to succeed in an increasingly digital world.

Overall, the introduction of digital tutoring in Bahrain marks a significant step towards enhancing the quality of education in the Kingdom, in line with the goals of Bahrain Vision 2030. By adopting modern technology and digital platforms, the Ministry of Education is providing students with accessible and effective educational resources, personalized support, and a pathway towards academic success. Dr. Al Dhaen’s commendation of the Minister of Education’s decision reflects the positive impact that digital tutoring will have on students, parents, and the broader educational landscape in Bahrain.
