Planning a trip to Nepal from the UAE? Nepal is the perfect destination offering budget-friendly travel and an opportunity to experience the serene beauty of nature. With direct flights from Dubai and Sharjah to Kathmandu, it is easy for UAE residents to explore this Himalayan Kingdom. It is advisable to apply for a visa at the Embassy in Abu Dhabi to avoid queues at the airport, but visa on arrival is also an option with proper instructions to follow at the Tribhuvan International Airport.

The peak travel season in Nepal can see a large influx of tourists, especially during the mountain climbing season. Travellers should enter Nepal within 6 months of obtaining a visa from the Embassy. With its mix of Buddhist and Hindu temples, mountain peaks, hiking trails, warm people, and delicious food, Nepal offers a perfect getaway option for Eid. Here is a guide on how to go about the visa process, fees, and necessary documents.

The visa fees in Nepal for UAE residents are as follows: Dh110 for a 15-day multiple entry tourist visa, Dh190 for a 30-day multiple entry tourist visa, and Dh460 for a 90-day multiple entry tourist visa. The process involves filling an online application form through the provided link and submitting necessary documents like passport, UAE resident visa copy, and a no objection letter from the sponsor/company if employed in the UAE.

Applicants should visit the Embassy in person to apply for the visa or can authorize someone else on their behalf. The authorized person cannot sign on behalf of the applicant. Visa forms can be submitted between 9:30 am and 1:30 pm from Mondays to Fridays, and visas can be collected between 2:30 pm to 4 pm. Visa policies may vary for different nationalities, and more information can be found on the official website.

Nepal offers a wide range of experiences for travellers, from spiritual temples to breathtaking mountain views and warm hospitality. It is the ultimate destination for those seeking an escape from the busy city life and reconnecting with nature. With its visa on arrival option and easy accessibility from the UAE, Nepal is a must-visit destination for those looking for a unique and memorable travel experience.

In conclusion, Nepal is a hidden gem waiting to be explored by UAE residents. With its diverse landscapes, cultural richness, and warm hospitality, it offers a truly unique travel experience. By following the visa application process and necessary requirements, travellers can easily plan their trip to this enchanting Himalayan Kingdom. So, pack your bags and get ready to embark on an unforgettable journey to Nepal!
