The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has forecast fair to partly cloudy weather across the UAE today, with low clouds expected to appear over the eastern coast by morning. Convective clouds may form towards the east and south, leading to a chance of rainfall in these areas. Temperatures in Dubai are expected to range between 33℃ to 40℃, while in Abu Dhabi, they will be between 32℃ to 38℃. The weather will be humid by night and Monday morning over some coastal areas, with a probability of mist formation. Humidity levels can reach up to 90 per cent in the islands and coastal areas, and as low as 15 per cent in the internal region. Light to moderate winds will blow, occasionally freshening and causing blowing dust. The sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and slight to moderate in the Oman Sea.

To stay up to date with the latest news and updates on the weather, consider following KT on WhatsApp Channels. This will help you stay informed about any changes in the weather forecast and ensure that you are prepared for any potential weather-related events. Keeping track of the weather forecast is important, especially during the summer months when temperatures can be extreme and unpredictable. By staying informed, you can take necessary precautions to protect yourself and your loved ones from any weather-related risks or hazards.

With temperatures expected to be high, it is important to take necessary precautions to stay cool and hydrated throughout the day. Make sure to drink plenty of water and avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, especially during peak hours. If you need to be outdoors, consider wearing light and breathable clothing to stay comfortable. Additionally, be mindful of the humidity levels, especially in coastal areas where it can be higher. Taking these simple steps can help you stay safe and comfortable during hot and humid weather conditions.

During the evening and early morning hours, be prepared for increased humidity levels and a chance of mist formation in some coastal areas. The combination of humidity and mist can affect visibility on the roads, so it is important to drive cautiously and use headlights when necessary. If you plan to go for a walk or run during these hours, consider choosing well-lit areas and wearing reflective gear to ensure your safety. Being aware of these potential weather conditions can help you plan your activities accordingly and avoid any unnecessary risks.

As the winds blow light to moderate, there may be occasional gusts that could cause blowing dust in certain areas. If you suffer from allergies or respiratory issues, it is advisable to stay indoors during such conditions to avoid any discomfort or health issues. Keep windows and doors closed to prevent dust from entering your home and consider using air purifiers or filters to maintain good indoor air quality. By taking these precautions, you can reduce exposure to dust and allergens and ensure a safe and healthy environment for yourself and your family.

In terms of sea conditions, the Arabian Gulf is expected to be slight while the Oman Sea may experience slight to moderate waves. If you plan to engage in any water activities, make sure to check the sea conditions beforehand and take necessary safety measures. Avoid going too far from the shore, especially if you are not a strong swimmer, and always follow lifeguard instructions to ensure your safety. By being aware of the sea conditions and taking necessary precautions, you can enjoy a safe and pleasant experience while engaging in water activities.
