The weather department has issued two yellow alerts today, warning the public about dust, sand, and wind reducing horizontal visibility to less than 3000m in some northern and eastern areas. The alert is active from 8.15 am to 8 pm. Additionally, there is an alert for fresh winds reaching 40kmph and rough seas in the Oman Sea, reaching 6 feet offshore, from 8.15 am to 9 pm. These alerts are important for the safety of residents and travelers in these areas.

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) forecasts convective clouds forming towards the east today, with a chance of rainfall. Low clouds are expected to appear over the east coast. Temperatures are set to range between 32℃ and 44℃ in Abu Dhabi, and between 33℃ and 43℃ in Dubai. Humidity is expected to reach 85 per cent in coastal areas and islands, dropping as low as 15 per cent in the mountains. It is important to stay informed about weather updates to plan activities accordingly and stay safe.

To stay updated with the latest news and alerts, follow KT on WhatsApp Channels. This will ensure that you receive real-time information about weather conditions, traffic updates, and other important news. By staying connected through this platform, you can take necessary precautions and make informed decisions to protect yourself and your loved ones. It is always better to be prepared for any weather-related emergencies.

The alerts issued by the weather department serve as a reminder to the public to be cautious and prepared for changing weather conditions. Dust, sand, and wind reducing visibility can pose risks to drivers and pedestrians, while rough seas can be dangerous for maritime activities. It is advisable to follow safety guidelines, avoid unnecessary travel, and seek shelter during extreme weather events to avoid any potential harm. By heeding these alerts, individuals can minimize the impact of adverse weather on their daily routines.

As temperatures fluctuate and humidity levels vary across different regions, residents are advised to stay hydrated, wear appropriate clothing, and avoid prolonged exposure to the sun. High humidity can make it uncomfortable outdoors, while low humidity levels can increase the risk of dehydration. By understanding these weather patterns and taking necessary precautions, individuals can enjoy a safe and comfortable experience during the changing weather conditions in the UAE.

In conclusion, staying informed about weather alerts and updates is crucial for maintaining safety and preparedness in the face of challenging weather conditions. By following official channels such as the NCM and KT’s WhatsApp Alerts, individuals can stay ahead of potential risks and make informed decisions. As the weather continues to change, it is essential to adapt to these conditions and prioritize personal safety. By being proactive and taking necessary precautions, residents can navigate through varying weather patterns with confidence and resilience.
