In today’s changing landscape of gender equality, the presence of women in the workforce has seen a significant increase, with nations in the GCC like Qatar, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia making strides in female participation. However, achieving equity in senior executive and boardroom positions remains a challenge. The World Economic Forum’s Global Gender Gap Index indicates that there is still a long way to go in bridging the gap in the GCC region.
