Recruitment firm Innovations Group has also seen success in hiring PODs for their clients, showcasing the determination and drive of these individuals. Rana Fanek, a Senior Associate at Aster Pharmacy, shared her experience of struggling to find employment in the UAE as an amputee before securing a job with Aster. With the support of her workplace, she has excelled in her role.

DEWA provides Marwan with reserved parking and assigned individuals to assist him with his needs, ensuring he can perform his job effectively. Aster Pharmacy’s dedicated program, Absher, offers personalized accommodation plans and additional support for POD employees.
Executive admin Umm Saad works closely with PODs at DEWA to ensure they have full workplace accessibility and support tailored to their individual needs.
