Saudi-Turkish Military Committee deliberates on ways to improve defense cooperation

The Saudi-Turkish Joint Military Committee recently held its sixth meeting in Ankara, where they discussed ways to enhance cooperation and coordination in the defense and military sectors. The meeting was led by Saudi Chief of General Staff Gen. Fayyad Al-Ruwaili and Turkish Chief of General Staff Gen. Metin Gürak, with the attendance of high-ranking officers from both countries. The committee focused on various issues of common interest and explored opportunities to strengthen their partnership.

In addition to the committee meeting, Al-Ruwaili also had a separate discussion with Turkish Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler. They talked about bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and Turkey, as well as potential areas of collaboration in defense matters. The meetings aimed to foster closer ties between the two nations and pave the way for greater cooperation in the military and defense sectors.

The Saudi-Turkish Joint Military Committee has been working towards solidifying their partnership and enhancing joint efforts in defense and military affairs.
