The General Directorate of Public Security has recently announced a new service to report financial fraud on “Mada” bank cards through the Ministry of Interior’s electronic platform “Absher.” This service is aimed at helping citizens and residents who have fallen victim to fraud easily file their reports online. To utilize this service, users simply need to log into their Absher account, go to the Public Security section, and select “Financial Fraud Reports.” They can then submit a detailed report of the fraud incident, including information such as the method of fraud and details of the bank account from which funds were transferred. Necessary documents must be attached before submitting the report.

This new service is in line with the Ministry of Interior’s dedication to embracing digital transformation and automating public services. By providing convenient digital solutions, the Ministry aims to save time and effort for individuals in Saudi Arabia, making procedural processes simpler and more efficient. Through the use of the Absher platform, citizens, residents, and visitors can easily report financial fraud on their “Mada” bank cards, helping to combat fraudulent activities and protect individuals from financial loss.

The process to report financial fraud through the Absher platform is straightforward and user-friendly. By selecting “Financial Fraud Reports” in the Public Security section of Absher, users can submit a new report detailing the fraudulent activity they have experienced. The ability to provide a thorough description of the fraud and include specific details such as the bank account involved enables authorities to investigate the incident effectively and take appropriate actions to address the situation. Prompt reporting of financial fraud is crucial in preventing further losses and holding perpetrators accountable.

By allowing citizens and residents to report financial fraud online through the Absher platform, the General Directorate of Public Security is facilitating a more efficient and streamlined process for addressing fraudulent activities. This initiative not only helps victims of fraud seek assistance promptly but also aids in the overall effort to combat financial fraud in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Through the use of digital platforms like Absher, individuals can access important services and resources conveniently, further enhancing the capabilities of the Ministry of Interior in protecting the interests of the public and maintaining law and order.

The introduction of the financial fraud reporting service on the Absher platform underscores the Ministry of Interior’s commitment to leveraging technology to improve public services and enhance security measures. By integrating digital solutions into the reporting process, the Ministry is empowering individuals to take action against fraudulent activities and contribute to the overall safety and wellbeing of society. This user-friendly service not only simplifies the reporting of financial fraud but also demonstrates the government’s dedication to leveraging digital tools for the benefit of its citizens and residents.

As part of its ongoing efforts to embrace digital transformation, the Ministry of Interior continues to introduce innovative services that cater to the needs of the public and enhance the efficiency of law enforcement operations. The new service for reporting financial fraud on “Mada” bank cards through Absher is a testament to the Ministry’s commitment to modernizing its operations and providing accessible resources for individuals in Saudi Arabia. By utilizing the Absher platform, citizens and residents can easily report financial fraud, contributing to the overall security and protection of the community.
