Members of the Ministerial Committee assigned by the Joint Arab-Islamic Extraordinary Summit on developments in the Gaza Strip recently held a coordination meeting in Amman. Chaired by Prince Faisal bin Farhan, Saudi minister of foreign affairs, the meeting aimed to coordinate joint Arab and Islamic efforts during the upcoming 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York. The meeting was also attended by representatives from Saudi Arabia, including Ambassador to Jordan Naif Al-Sudairi, Director General of the Office of Saudi Foreign Minister Abdulrahman AlDawood, and Counsellor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Manal Radwan. The gathering emphasized the importance of unity and solidarity among Arab and Islamic countries in addressing the ongoing crisis in Gaza and advocating for the rights of the Palestinian people at the international level.
