Sheikha Jowaher sponsors Qatar University’s female graduation ceremony

Her Highness Consort of HH The Amir Sheikha Jowaher bint Hamad bin Suhaim Al-Thani recently patronized the graduation ceremony of the 47th batch (Class of 2024) of Qatar University female students. The ceremony took place at the QU Sports and Events Complex, where distinguished female graduates were honored in the presence of various dignitaries and university officials.

The ceremony was attended by a number of high-ranking officials, including Their Excellencies Sheikhs and Ministers, as well as members of the university’s board of trustees, vice presidents, and the graduates’ guardians. Her Highness Consort of HH The Amir Sheikha Jawaher bint Hamad bin Suhaim Al Thani personally honored the 478 outstanding students, while President of Qatar University HE Dr. Omar bin Mohammed Al Ansari presented certificates to the 2,981 graduates who excelled in various disciplines.

A special film highlighting the academic journey of the students and the achievements of Qatar University was shown during the ceremony. The film also showcased the university’s role in supporting students and its contributions to the development of the state and society. Her Highness Consort of HH The Amir Sheikha Jawaher bint Hamad bin Suhaim Al Thani played a key role in honoring the Class of 2024 distinguished female graduates.

President of Qatar University HE Dr. Omar bin Mohammed Al Ansari delivered a speech at the ceremony, emphasizing the importance of education and the role of the university in shaping the future leaders of Qatar. Student representative Hafsa Ahmed Al Ghayath also gave a speech on behalf of the graduates, expressing gratitude for the support they received during their time at Qatar University and looking forward to their future endeavors.

In conclusion, the graduation ceremony of the Class of 2024 at Qatar University was a significant event that highlighted the achievements of the distinguished female graduates. With the support of Her Highness Consort of HH The Amir Sheikha Jawaher bint Hamad bin Suhaim Al Thani and the leadership of President HE Dr. Omar bin Mohammed Al Ansari, the students were celebrated for their hard work and dedication.
