CRA has successfully digitized its consumer protection processes through a comprehensive digital system that integrates all stakeholders and public channels through a central CRM system. The organization is now seeking innovative technologies to develop Generative AI chatbots that can efficiently handle consumer complaints and inquiries in real-time. Proposed solutions must align with CRA’s regulatory frameworks and authenticate users through the National Authentication Services (NAS).
The Qatar Open Innovation program serves as a key platform for startups and innovators to engage with potential government and corporate buyers, co-creating technological solutions to address the nation’s most pressing challenges.
