A group of 10 eleventh-level Qatari students recently had the opportunity to participate in a unique summer camp in Japan, where they engaged in a cultural and linguistic immersion experience. The camp, held at esteemed institutions such as the Human Academy of Japanese Language and Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, aimed to enhance the students’ Japanese language skills and expose them to the rich cultural heritage of Japan. The program included intensive language lessons, remote lectures at Japanese universities, and cultural exchange activities with local Japanese students. Additionally, the students had the chance to explore historical sites, attend festivals, and visit universities in Japan.
The summer camp not only focused on language learning but also aimed to broaden the students’ horizons and prepare them for future educational and career opportunities in Japan.
