Among these medals were 10 gold and two silver, demonstrating the high level of talent and creativity present among Qatari youth. In addition to their success at ITEX, students from Qatar also received special awards at the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) in Los Angeles, USA.

ITEX is renowned as one of the largest scientific competitions in the world, providing a platform for inventors and innovators from across the globe to showcase their groundbreaking ideas. Similarly, ISEF is a prestigious global competition that focuses on scientific and social research, attracting some of the brightest young minds in the field. The participation of Qatari students in these events not only highlights their individual achievements but also reflects positively on the country’s commitment to fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

The impressive showing by Qatari students at both ITEX and ISEF would not have been possible without the support and encouragement of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. Working in collaboration with the Qatar Research, Development, and Innovation Council at Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development, the Ministry plays a crucial role in empowering young innovators and providing them with the resources they need to succeed on the international stage.

The success of Qatari students at ITEX and ISEF serves as a testament to the country’s dedication to investing in education and research. By nurturing talented individuals and fostering a culture of innovation, Qatar is positioning itself as a hub for scientific advancement and technological development. The recognition and accolades received by Qatari students on the global stage are a source of pride for the country and a reflection of its ongoing commitment to excellence.

As Qatar continues to make strides in the field of education and research, the achievements of its students at international competitions like ITEX and ISEF serve as inspiration for future generations. The success of Qatari students at these prestigious events is a testament to the country’s bright future in the fields of science, technology, and innovation.

Moving forward, Qatar remains committed to supporting its young innovators and providing them with the resources and opportunities they need to thrive in an increasingly competitive global landscape. Through continued collaboration between the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, the Qatar Research, Development, and Innovation Council, and other key stakeholders, Qatar is poised to build on the success of its students at ITEX and ISEF and further establish itself as a leader in the fields of innovation and technology. The future looks bright for Qatari youth, who continue to demonstrate their potential on the world stage and inspire others to pursue their dreams of scientific excellence.
