HE Sheikha Alya Ahmed bin Saif Al Thani, the Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the United Nations, recently met with UN Under-Secretary-General for Political and Peacebuilding Affairs, HE Rosemary DiCarlo, at the UN Headquarters in New York.
