Qatar Foundation to present Eid Prayers at Education City Stadium

Eid Al-Adha prayers will take place at Education City Stadium in Doha, Qatar on June 16, with doors opening at 3am and the prayer starting at 5am. The event, organized by the Minaretein Center, College of Islamic Studies, Hamad Bin Khalifa University, in collaboration with the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, is now in its fourth year. Community members are invited to participate in the prayer and enjoy post-prayer activities.

After the prayer, Qatar Foundation will host a variety of fun games and activities for families and children, including balloon artists, face painting, and henna. These activities are aimed at fostering a sense of community and strengthening social bonds. In addition, there will be a range of food options available for attendees to enjoy.

To facilitate transportation to the event, the Education City Tram will be in operation from 1.30am to 9am. Parking will be available at West Car Park and Education City Hospitality Parking, with additional parking options at Oxygen Park and Al Shaqab. This will ensure that attendees have convenient and easy access to the event.

The Eid Al-Adha prayers at Education City Stadium provide an opportunity for the community to come together, celebrate, and pray during this important time in the Islamic calendar. It is a chance for people of all ages to participate in the festivities and enjoy a day filled with activities and socializing.
