Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, H E Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi, recently had important meetings with top Russian officials in Moscow. During his meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, H E Sergei Lavrov, they discussed cooperation relations between their countries and ways to support and develop them.
