The Qatar Tourism Awards are back for their second edition, set to take place at the end of this year in Doha, Qatar. Developed in partnership with UN Tourism, these awards aim to celebrate and recognize businesses that excel in delivering exceptional tourism experiences in Qatar. The goal is to highlight the factors that shape a visitor’s journey and reward businesses that consistently provide excellent customer service.
The initiative seeks to inspire all stakeholders involved in the tourism industry to continue developing innovative and sustainable initiatives that prioritize quality service, accessibility, and uniqueness. The seven categories for this year’s awards include Service Excellence, Gastronomic Experiences, Iconic Attractions and Activities, World Class Events, Digital Footprint, Smart and Sustainable Tourism, and Community Leadership. In a new addition this year, the public can vote for their favorite Tourism Influencer of the Year in the Digital Footprint category.
The nominees for the awards were meticulously selected by the Qatar Tourism Awards Committee based on specific criteria that evaluate their contributions to advancing Qatar’s tourism sector.
