The Public Prosecution in Doha has recently launched an interactive version of the “Smart Assistant” developed using AI technologies to enhance electronic services and provide legal information to users. This initiative aims to make it easier for individuals to access accurate information related to legal matters and available electronic services through the Public Prosecution’s online portal. The Smart Assistant is part of a larger project to offer users a user-friendly experience supported by AI technologies.

Users will be able to interact with the Smart Assistant either by typing or through direct voice communication, receiving instant responses to their legal inquiries. Responses will be provided in written form as well as through an avatar character developed by the Public Prosecution. The first phase of the project will focus on evaluating outcomes and responses, with improvements to be made to the model. In the second phase, the range of services will be expanded to allow users to inquire about their cases and submit requests directly through the Smart Assistant.

The launch of the Smart Assistant represents a significant step towards improving access to legal information and electronic services. By utilizing AI technologies, the Public Prosecution aims to make it easier for individuals to obtain reliable information without the need for traditional research methods. This initiative is part of the Public Prosecution’s ongoing efforts to enhance its services and provide users with a more efficient and convenient way to access legal information.

The Public Prosecution emphasizes that the Smart Assistant will provide users with accurate and comprehensive information related to legal matters. This will not only help individuals with their inquiries but also streamline the process of accessing electronic services through the Public Prosecution’s online portal. By offering instant responses to legal inquiries, the Smart Assistant aims to make it easier for users to navigate through the legal system and obtain the information they need in a timely manner.

In the first phase of the project, the Public Prosecution will focus on evaluating the outcomes and responses provided by the Smart Assistant. Any necessary improvements will be made to ensure that users receive the most accurate and relevant information. As the project progresses to the second phase, the range of services offered by the Smart Assistant will be expanded, allowing users to inquire about their cases and submit requests directly through the interactive platform.

Overall, the launch of the Smart Assistant by the Public Prosecution in Doha highlights the organization’s commitment to leveraging technology to improve access to legal information and electronic services. By providing users with instant responses to legal inquiries and a user-friendly experience, the Smart Assistant aims to simplify the process of obtaining reliable legal information. As the project continues to evolve, it is expected that the Smart Assistant will play a crucial role in enhancing access to legal services and facilitating interactions between users and the Public Prosecution.
