Prime Minister holds meeting with Egypt’s Foreign Minister

Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani recently met with Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt HE Dr. Badr Abdelatty in Doha, Qatar. The meeting focused on discussing bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries and exploring ways to enhance and develop them further. They also delved into the implications of the recent assassination of Dr. Ismail Haniyeh, the Head of the Political Bureau of Hamas, in Tehran. Additionally, the two ministers discussed the latest developments in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories, along with strategies to address the obstacles hindering the entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip.

The meeting between the two ministers highlighted the importance of maintaining strong ties between Qatar and Egypt and working together to address regional challenges.
