The Ambassador of India to Qatar, H E Vipul, recently inaugurated the “Hum Sath-Sath Hain – We Are Together” event, organized by Outreach Qatar (OQ) in celebration of India’s 78th Independence Day. Outreach Qatar, founded as a community initiative to support special-abled children and their parents, hosted the event with the aim of bringing the community together and highlighting the impact OQ has had on children over the past year.
