The collaboration with the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies will provide training programs led by experts to enhance the skills and competencies of the workforce. This initiative aligns with Qatar National Vision 2030, which aims to increase national workforce participation in the private sector. By working closely with private sector companies, the Ministry of Labour aims to develop a skilled Qatari workforce to support the country’s long-term development goals.
