The Ministry of Justice in Doha, Qatar has recently launched a new electronic package comprising of 10 service programs and systems to enhance the performance of various administrative units. This new system aims to improve public access to online services and optimize the service system offered by the ministry to the public and stakeholders outside the ministry. One of the key components of this new system is an online state case administration system that streamlines operations for all users, while also providing a gateway for government authorities in Qatar to follow-up on their filed cases and submit lawsuits electronically.

In addition to the state case administration system, a new internal portal has been introduced to automate internal procedures and implement electronic workflows and interactive monitoring dashboards. This portal also connects to the Government Data Exchange portal (GDX) to enable data transfer to the new system. The goal is to enhance the performance of the Legal Affairs Department and upgrade the mechanism for the meetings of the lawyers admission committee by providing a portal for managing these meetings. This portal offers new mechanisms for managing meetings of sub-committees, allowing registered members to vote on agenda items and meeting minutes electronically.

Furthermore, the Real Estate Registration Department in Qatar has also updated its work system by launching an online inspection system to manage inspection processes related to the department. This move is expected to have a positive impact on the services provided to the public, making them more efficient and expeditious. These new electronic systems and programs are part of the ministry’s efforts to modernize and improve its services and operations, in line with the country’s digital transformation initiatives.

The introduction of these new electronic systems and programs is a significant step towards making government services more accessible and efficient for the public and stakeholders in Qatar. By streamlining operations, automating internal procedures, and implementing electronic workflows, the Ministry of Justice is working towards enhancing the overall performance of various administrative units. These new systems also aim to improve transparency and accountability within the ministry, enabling government authorities to better manage their cases and legal affairs.

With the launch of the online state case administration system, government authorities in Qatar now have an external gateway to follow-up on filed cases and submit lawsuits electronically, streamlining the process for all users. The new internal portal with interactive monitoring dashboards and electronic workflows aims to automate internal procedures and improve the mechanism for managing meetings within the Legal Affairs Department. Additionally, the Real Estate Registration Department has introduced an online inspection system to expedite inspection processes and improve services provided to the public.

Overall, the implementation of these new electronic systems and programs by the Ministry of Justice in Qatar demonstrates a commitment to modernizing and improving government services through technology. These initiatives are part of the country’s broader efforts towards digital transformation and enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in public administration. By leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance service delivery, the ministry is taking significant steps towards improving the overall experience for the public and stakeholders accessing its services.
