The Ministry of Interior (MoI) recently concluded the Open Source Intelligence Course to Combat Terrorism, organized by the Police Officers Institute at the Police Academy. Over the course of five days, 23 officers from various departments of the ministry, the Amiri Guard, and the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya) participated in the training. In addition to the Open Source Intelligence Course, the MoI also celebrated the graduation of the Vital Industrial Facilities Protection Course (Level Four). This course involved 27 members of the General Department of Industrial Security and other entities. The main goal of this training was to prepare participants to take on mid-level security leadership positions by providing them with the practical knowledge and skills necessary to identify, analyze, and manage security risks and threats effectively.
