HE Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater, Minister of State for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was honored with the prestigious “Champion of Humanitarian Diplomacy” award for the year 2024 by the General Assembly of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM) in Braga, Portugal. The award was presented by President of PAM HE Enaam Mayara in the presence of Braga Mayor HE Ricardo Rio. This accolade reflects regional and international recognition of Qatar’s diplomatic efforts, particularly in humanitarian initiatives.
