The Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, HE Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi, recently met with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova, Mihail Popsoi, in Prague, Czech Republic.
