Minister of Religious Endowments Meets Prime Minister of Montenegro

Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs H E Ghanem bin Shaheen Al Ghanem recently visited Montenegro, where he met with several high-ranking officials including the Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Speaker of the Parliament. During these meetings, they discussed ways to enhance cooperation and relations between Qatar and Montenegro. The Ambassador of Qatar (non-resident) to Montenegro H E Faris bin Roumi Al Nuaimi also participated in the discussions.

The meeting between Minister Ghanem and Prime Minister Spajic focused on strengthening ties between the two countries, particularly in the areas of culture, education, and religious affairs. They also discussed potential collaborations in the field of Islamic studies and ways to promote mutual understanding and respect between Qatar and Montenegro. Minister Ghanem emphasized the importance of dialogue and cooperation in building strong and lasting relationships between nations.

In his meeting with Minister Ivanovic, Minister Ghanem explored opportunities for collaboration in various fields, including economic, political, and social sectors. They also discussed the cultural exchange between Qatar and Montenegro, with a focus on promoting religious tolerance and understanding. Minister Ghanem reaffirmed Qatar’s commitment to supporting Montenegro in its development efforts and expressed optimism about the future of bilateral relations.

Speaker Mandic and Minister Ghanem discussed ways to enhance parliamentary cooperation between Qatar and Montenegro, with a particular emphasis on promoting dialogue and understanding between the two countries. They emphasized the importance of mutual respect and cooperation in fostering strong partnerships and building sustainable relationships. Minister Ghanem highlighted Qatar’s interest in expanding its diplomatic ties with Montenegro and supporting the country in its development goals.

Ambassador Al Nuaimi also played a key role in the discussions, providing insight and perspective on the existing relations between Qatar and Montenegro. He highlighted the positive developments in bilateral cooperation and expressed optimism about the future of the partnership between the two countries. Ambassador Al Nuaimi emphasized the significance of cultural exchange and people-to-people interactions in strengthening ties between nations and building mutual trust and understanding.
