The M7 centre in Doha, Qatar will be hosting a series of public programmes centered around the work and legacy of American artist Ellsworth Kelly. The exhibition, titled Ellsworth Kelly at 100, will celebrate the artist’s centennial and showcase his seven-decade career. The programmes will be held from August 2024 to January 2025 and will cater to a wide range of audiences, including designers, the general public, schools, children, families, and community groups.
The schedule of programmes will include workshops for kids and families, sensory-friendly workshops, engagement opportunities for adults, public lectures, school visits, teacher training, and a special collaborative programme that explores the connection between Ellsworth Kelly’s work and Islamic design.
