The Syrian Engineers Association in the State of Qatar recently organized a seminar titled “Construction Culture and Reconstruction Strategy” in Doha, Qatar, with the participation of Engineer Ammar Hamouda, Chairman of the Association, and Engineer Khaled Nassar. The seminar, moderated by Engineer Khaled Aqil, discussed the association’s vision and role in the process of rebuilding Syria. Held at the Cultural Village Foundation – Katara, the seminar saw a significant turnout of Syrian engineers.
