The organizations ranked this year had a higher number of employees who reported positive experiences at their workplace, showcasing a focus on employee welfare and satisfaction.
Youssef highlighted that the recognition not only elevates the reputation of these companies globally but also attracts top talent to the local market. Michael C Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work, emphasized that investing in people leads to better outcomes for businesses and the planet. A market survey revealed that less than half of employees feel they receive adequate training on AI tools at work, showing a gap in investment in employee development in the region.
