The Commercial Avenue Company has taken a significant step forward in its journey by signing a long-term lease agreement with Al Saif Gallery, a prominent retailer of household goods and lifestyle products in the Gulf region. The agreement was signed by the Chief Executive Officer of The Commercial Avenue, Abdulla Abdulrazaiq Haidar, and the Chief Executive Officer of Al Saif Gallery, Mohammed bin Suleiman Al Saif. This partnership marks the opening of Al Saif Gallery’s first branch in Qatar, making it the 72nd branch in their extensive Gulf network.

Founded in 2006 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Al Saif Gallery quickly established itself as a top choice for families in the region due to its wide range of high-quality products. With 71 branches already operating across the Gulf, the company continues to expand to meet the increasing demands of its customers. The decision to open a branch in Qatar is in line with their regional expansion strategy, aiming to provide their distinguished shopping experience to customers in the Qatari market.

Abdulla Abdulrazaiq Haidar, CEO of The Commercial Avenue, expressed his pride in the partnership, stating that the collaboration with Al Saif Gallery would enhance their commercial offerings and demonstrate their commitment to developing strategic collaborations that support growth and innovation. He believes that the new branch will be a valuable addition to enrich the shopping experience at The Commercial Avenue. Mohammed bin Suleiman Al Saif, CEO of Al Saif Gallery, also expressed his pride in choosing The Commercial Avenue as the strategic location for their first branch in Qatar, emphasizing the importance of the partnership in their growth strategy.

The Commercial Avenue has successfully attracted investments from Gulf countries to the Qatari market as part of its ambitious strategy. These investments not only enhance the center’s position as a leading commercial hub but also provide a diverse range of commercial and service options that benefit the local community and strengthen the Qatari market in the region. Located in the heart of Doha, The Commercial Avenue is an extensive commercial project spanning 8.5 kilometers, offering a variety of commercial and residential spaces to cater to the diverse needs of the community. With over 300 fully rented residential units, office spaces, and commercial showrooms of various sizes, the center is equipped with efficient facilities and 24-hour security systems to ensure a safe and convenient shopping experience for all visitors.

With its strategic location and modern amenities, The Commercial Avenue aims to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and establish itself as a leading commercial center in the region. This agreement between The Commercial Avenue and Al Saif Gallery marks the beginning of a new chapter in the development of both companies, emphasizing their commitment to enhancing investment opportunities and driving development in the Qatari market and the GCC markets. The collaboration between these two companies is set to bring added value to the commercial landscape in the region and provide customers with a wide range of quality products and services.
