The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Sweden HE Ulf Kristersson recently held official talks in Stockholm, Sweden. The Prime Minister warmly welcomed HH the Amir and his accompanying delegation, expressing his desire for continued growth in the relationship between the two countries. In return, HH the Amir expressed his gratitude for the warm reception and emphasized his commitment to enhancing friendly relations and cooperation with Sweden across various fields.

The two leaders engaged in discussions on bilateral relations between Qatar and Sweden, focusing on areas such as investment, economy, energy, and international cooperation. They also touched upon regional and international developments, particularly concerning the situation in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories. The official delegation accompanying HH the Amir also participated in the discussions, highlighting the importance of strengthening ties between the two nations.
