The Embassy of Japan in the Sultanate of Oman recently held a ceremony to confer the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star on Retired Minister Dr. Rawya bint Saud Al Busaidi. The event, which took place at Crowne Plaza hotel Muscat on May 5th, 2024, was attended by various high-ranking officials including His Highness Sayyid Dr. Kamil bin Fahd Al Said and Her Excellency Dr. Madiha Al Shibani.
