With a focus on combating bullying and promoting cooperation and tolerance, “Fingers of Jameel” delivered a powerful message that resonated with its viewers.

Throughout the year-long “Ma’rifa” program, supported by BP Oman, a variety of events and workshops were organized to enhance children’s skills in literature, language, art, science, technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, health, safety, environment, and society. With over 1,800 beneficiaries in attendance, including children, parents, and literature enthusiasts, the program aimed to foster a love for reading, creativity, scientific awareness, innovation, and initiative among children. Moreover, the program aimed to raise awareness on health, safety, environment, and community values, providing a well-rounded educational experience that contributes to the development of an educated and socially conscious generation.

The “Ma’rifa” program is a comprehensive educational initiative that has been running for six years, offering children a range of learning opportunities in various fields. Furthermore, by addressing important issues like bullying and promoting values such as cooperation and tolerance, the program helps instill positive values in children from a young age. Through its integrated approach to education and entertainment, the program provides a platform for children to learn, grow, and develop into well-rounded individuals.

The theatrical performance “Fingers of Jameel” served as a powerful conclusion to the “Ma’rifa” program, leaving a lasting impact on its audience. By using art and storytelling to address the sensitive issue of bullying, the performance succeeded in raising awareness and fostering dialogue on the topic. The involvement of children in the performance added a personal touch, making the message more relatable and impactful. Overall, the program’s focus on education, creativity, and social values reflects its commitment to nurturing a generation of informed and compassionate individuals who are equipped to make a positive difference in society.

In addition to promoting reading and creative expression, the “Ma’rifa” program also emphasizes the importance of scientific and technological awareness among children. By providing workshops and events focused on innovation and entrepreneurship, the program encourages children to think critically, problem-solve, and develop practical skills that are valuable in today’s rapidly changing world. Through its multifaceted approach to education, the program equips children with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed academically and professionally, while also instilling in them a sense of social responsibility and civic engagement.
