In Muscat, HH Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers, met with Dr. Bouthaina Shaaban, Political and Media Advisor to the President of the Syrian Arab Republic and Chairperson of the Wathiqat Wattan Organisation.
