Air Vice Marshal Khamis Hammad Al Ghafri, Commander of the Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO), recently presided over a ceremony where he handed over the Royal Letters Patent to officers graduating from the Royal Air College Cranwell in the United Kingdom. The event took place at Al Murtafa Camp, where Al Ghafri congratulated the officers on their graduation, highlighting the efforts that led to their promotion to this honorable level. He commended the graduates on their top military capabilities and skills acquired during their training at the Royal Air Force College in the UK.

In his address, Al Ghafri praised the officers’ sincere efforts that earned them the Royal confidence of His Majesty, the Supreme Commander, and officially inducted them as RAFO officers.
