The Sultan Qaboos Air Academy of the Royal Air Force of Oman recently conducted a practical demonstration of Mobilization Exercise Shams 34. This demonstration brought together batches from various courses including Basic Officer Candidate courses, the University Officer Course, and the Limited Service Course. The event took place at the training zone of North Al Batinah Governorate and was held under the auspices of Air Vice Marshal Khamis Hammad Al Ghafri, Commander of the Royal Air Force of Oman.

Before the demonstration began, the chief guest and attendees were briefed on the stages of the exercise and the training objectives intended to be achieved. Mobilization Exercise Shams 34 aimed to provide candidate officers with military knowledge and skills that would qualify them to undertake mobilization tasks assigned to them after they complete their courses. This included developing individual and collective leadership skills, as well as strategic planning abilities.

The practical demonstration was attended by senior officers of the Royal Air Force of Oman. It was an opportunity for the candidate officers to showcase the military knowledge and skills they had acquired during their training. The event was an important part of their preparation for taking on mobilization tasks, and it highlighted their ability to lead effectively and plan strategically.
