A new Integrated Services Centre (ISC) opened in Salalah, providing bookings for residential units in the Al Shorouk neighbourhood project. The ISC is part of the National Initiative for Integrated Residential Neighbourhoods and aims to support beneficiaries of the Government Residential Land Grants System. Al Dhahab Real Estate Services Company, in cooperation with Al Dhahab Construction Foundation and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, are behind the project.
