The National Committee for Emergency Management (NCEM) in Muscat recently held a meeting at the General Command of Police, chaired by Lt. Gen Hassan Mohsin Al Shraiqi. The meeting focused on reviewing the tasks of the committee, its development mechanisms, and procedures for responding in exceptional circumstances. Lt.
