His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik of Muscat issued a Royal Decree on Sunday, known as Royal Decree No. (58/2024), regarding the promulgation of the Media Law. The decree was presented before the Council of Oman for approval. According to Article (1) of the decree, the provisions of the Media Law attached to it will now be enforced.
