The second edition of the ‘Pass by Duqm’ campaign is currently offering exclusive discounts of up to 40 percent on a variety of hotels and cafes located in the Special Economic Zone at Duqm. This promotional campaign aims to attract visitors during the Khareef period and drive up demand for restaurants, hotels, beaches, and other services. The goal of the campaign is to encourage visitors from the Governorate of Dhofar to visit Duqm, whether by air or land, in order to boost internal tourism and highlight the tourist attractions that the Wilayat of Duqm has to offer.

The ‘Pass by Duqm’ campaign aims to showcase the sea route and abundant natural beauty that Duqm is known for, positioning it as a convenient stopover between the north and south of Oman. The campaign offers discounts and promotions on hotel amenities, cafes, and restaurants in the Special Economic Zone at Duqm. The campaign, launched on July 18 and running until the beginning of September, includes activities such as contests and prizes, like the Best Picture Competition which aims to showcase Duqm’s natural beauty, heritage, culture, and way of life through the lens of amateur photographers.

By releasing promotional publications across multiple media platforms, the ‘Pass by Duqm’ campaign is informing visitors about its goals, activities, and offers. The number of hotel rooms in the area has risen to almost 2,460, including four-star establishments, providing visitors with a variety of accommodations to choose from.
