Salalah: Salim Musallam Qutn, Deputy Chairman of the State Council, recently visited the Military Discipline Programme at the Salalah Sports Complex in the Governorate of Dhofar. Upon his arrival, Qutn was welcomed by Basil Ahmed Al Rawas, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth for Sports and Youth. During his visit, Qutn was briefed on the progress of the programme and its various components, and also had the opportunity to see a presentation on the sports activities and practical demonstrations of the infantry. The programme, which is scheduled to run until 24 July 2024, is being supervised by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth and conducted by the Royal Army of Oman (RAO).
