A three-day leadership training course, titled “Self Leadership in an Agile World”, successfully concluded at Hotel InterContinental Muscat. The course, jointly organised by The Art of Living Oman and TLEX Institute of Switzerland, was led by world-renowned expert Christoph Glaser, who has over 25 years of management experience in various business organisations. The programme was attended by local Omani executives, leaders, and expatriate professionals, highlighting topics like health and happiness, emotional intelligence, business and personal excellence, and meditation and mind management.
Glaser emphasized the importance of effective leadership in today’s dynamic environment, where uncertainties and pressures are common. He holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from the Humboldt-Viadrina School of Governance in Berlin and has led leadership programmes across the world in over 50 countries. As the CEO of TLEX Europe and managing director at the World Forum for Ethics in Business, Glaser shared his insights on mindfulness and the necessity of breath-based techniques in today’s fast-paced world.
