Muscat: Maj. Gen Hamid Ahmed Sakroon, Chairman of the Academy for Strategic and Defence Studies, recently observed the annual military drill “Al Hazm” or “Decisiveness” conducted by the Joint Command and Staff College from June 30 to July 11, 2024. This drill is being carried out in conjunction with the annual strategic exercise “Decision Making-11”. Maj.
