Belarusian Prime Minister departs from Oman

Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko recently concluded a 3-day official visit to the Sultanate of Oman, departing from Muscat on Tuesday. The delegation was bid farewell by high-ranking Omani officials, including Governor of Muscat Sayyid Saud Hilal Al Busaidi and Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources Dr. Saud Hamoud Al Habsi. Also present were Oman’s Ambassador to Russia and non-resident Ambassador to Belarus, as well as Belarus’ Ambassador to Oman. Golovchenko was accompanied by a delegation that included top officials from various Belarusian government ministries.

During his visit, Golovchenko engaged in discussions with Omani officials to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries. The Belarusian Prime Minister’s visit aimed to explore opportunities for cooperation in various sectors such as agriculture, fisheries, water resources, industry, and foreign affairs. The discussions likely focused on areas where both countries can collaborate to mutual benefit, including trade, investment, and cultural exchange.
