Successfully learning meditation through spiritual discourse

MASS Bahrain, in collaboration with IMAC Bahrain Media City, hosted a special meditation learning program on April 29, 2024. The event introduced participants to the I AM meditation technique, developed by the renowned spiritual leader Mata Amritanandamayi Devi (AMMA). This technique is known for its effectiveness in stress management and promoting overall well-being. The program was conducted by international trainer Kanematsu Koichi at the BMC Auditorium, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The evening began with an inaugural address by Francis Kaitharath, Chairman and Managing Director of Bahrain Media City, followed by a warm welcome speech by Dr. Manoj, the IAM Program Organizing Committee Convener. The event was hosted by Ms. Priyamvada, who served as the Master of Ceremony. Ajay Krishnan expressed gratitude and appreciation in the Vote of Thanks. The event aimed to provide attendees with a transformative experience, offering deep insights and spiritual nourishment.

Swami Amrita Swaroopanandpuri, a distinguished disciple of Mata Amritanandamayi Devi (AMMA), delivered a soul-stirring spiritual discourse and bhajan session the following day, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the BMC Auditorium. The event provided attendees with an opportunity for inner growth and spiritual awakening within the community. Sudheer Thirunilath, the Bahrain Coordinator for MASS, emphasized the transformative potential of such events in fostering spiritual development for individuals.

The I AM meditation technique introduced at the program is designed to help individuals manage stress and achieve holistic well-being. Developed by Mata Amritanandamayi Devi (AMMA), this practice has received acclaim for its transformative effects on practitioners. The event, hosted by MASS Bahrain and IMAC Bahrain Media City, provided participants with an opportunity to learn and experience this technique firsthand, under the guidance of international trainer Kanematsu Koichi.

The program also featured an inspirational address by Francis Kaitharath, Chairman and Managing Director of Bahrain Media City, setting the tone for the evening. Dr. Manoj, the IAM Program Organizing Committee Convener, welcomed participants and highlighted the significance of the meditation technique. The event, hosted by Ms. Priyamvada, aimed to create a nurturing and welcoming environment for attendees to engage in a spiritual journey of self-discovery and inner peace.

The event served as a platform for individuals to connect with their inner selves, deepen their spiritual practice, and cultivate a sense of community within Bahrain.
