The Crown Prince’s International Scholarship Programme (CPISP) recently organized an orientation lecture for students who were awarded scholarships in 2024 and their parents. The main aim of the lecture was to familiarize them with the regulations and procedures of the program, as well as to highlight the role of the CPISP in preparing and supporting its scholars. Additionally, the lecture covered the best educational and cultural opportunities available to the students, along with the requirements for studying abroad until they obtain their university qualifications.

Ms. Shahdha Ahmed Ali, the Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the CPISP, emphasized the program’s commitment to investing in Bahraini youth. She mentioned that the CPISP is supported and encouraged by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain. The program aims to provide its scholars with the opportunity to study at some of the most prestigious universities worldwide, allowing them to explore different global cultures and choose their desired specializations.

This year’s batch of CPISP scholars includes students who will be attending boarding schools in the United Kingdom to obtain A Levels certificates before enrolling in university. Others will be obtaining American High School Diplomas before moving on to universities. In total, the batch consists of outstanding Bahraini students from both government and private schools who have demonstrated academic excellence. Ms. Ali congratulated the students on their achievements and wished them success in their studies abroad.

Among the students in this year’s batch, there are those who will be attending universities in the United Kingdom and the United States of America. This diverse mix of scholars reflects the CPISP’s commitment to providing educational opportunities at top institutions around the world. The program not only supports students in their academic pursuits but also allows them to immerse themselves in different cultures and broaden their horizons.

The CPISP continues to be a valuable resource for Bahraini youth, providing them with the tools and opportunities needed to excel academically and professionally. Through the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the program is able to invest in the future of Bahrain by nurturing the talents of its youth. The orientation lecture organized for this year’s scholarship recipients serves as a testament to the program’s dedication to empowering students and preparing them for success in higher education and beyond.

In conclusion, the CPISP plays a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of Bahraini students and equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in today’s global society. By offering scholarships to outstanding students and providing them with the opportunity to study at renowned universities worldwide, the program is helping to build a bright future for Bahrain’s youth. The support and attention of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa have been instrumental in the success of the CPISP, ensuring that the program continues to make a positive impact on the lives of talented young individuals in Bahrain.
