Embassy assists in the repatriation of three Filipino workers

Three Filipino workers in Bahrain who were facing travel bans have recently been repatriated back to the Philippines. The individuals repatriated were Lolita Aquino dela Cruz, 82 years old from San Quintin, Pangasinan, Jerson V. Falcone, 36 years old from Mati City, Davao Oriental, and Felicitas Gabriel Donbavano, 75 years old from Canlubang, Laguna. The repatriation efforts were carried out by the Migrant Workers Office (MWO) of the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), the Philippine Embassy in Manama, and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA). Despite the challenges presented by the travel bans, the organizations worked tirelessly to ensure the safe return of these individuals to the Philippines.
