Cherished Indian expatriate to be buried tomorrow

George Easo, a 60-year-old Indian expatriate and long-time Bahrain resident, passed away on May 11th, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of community service and dedication. Born in Pynummoodu, Kerala on October 26th, 1963, Easo was a beloved member of the expatriate community in Bahrain. His funeral ceremonies will be held at St. Christopher’s Cathedral, AM Hall, Manama, tomorrow, starting at 12pm Bahrain time and 2:30pm Indian Time. Following the viewing, his burial will take place at the Christian Cemetery in Salmabad, also tomorrow, starting at 2pm Bahrain time and 4:30pm Indian Time. In honor of Easo’s life and contributions, a YouTube live broadcast of the ceremonies will be announced before tomorrow, allowing friends and family from around the world to pay their respects virtually.

George Easo’s passing has left a void in the hearts of many who knew him personally or through his community service work. Known for his dedication and commitment to helping others, Easo had built a strong reputation as a caring individual who was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.
