Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) is starting off the new year with the first Open Track Day of 2025, scheduled for this Saturday in Sakhir. This popular event allows participants to experience the thrill of driving on a world-class Formula 1 host venue. The Open Track Day will take place from 11am to 6pm on BIC’s 2.55-kilometre Inner Circuit, the same circuit used in the Kingdom’s leading circuit racing championships.

Participants will have the opportunity to drive their own private vehicles on the track and push them to their limits in a safe and controlled environment. However, driver etiquette is crucial during Open Track Days, with no close or aggressive overtaking allowed. Overtaking is only permitted between corners and any poor or dangerous driving will be addressed promptly. Those interested in participating can book their slot in advance to take advantage of a reduced rate. The cost for a full day is BD82.500, while a half day is BD55.

For those who prefer a shorter session, a single session option is available for BD22. If booking on the day of the event, the cost increases to BD93.500 for a full day, BD66 for a half day, and BD27.500 for a single session. In addition, instructor sessions are offered for an additional fee, as well as the option for additional drivers and passengers to join in on the fun.

The Open Track Day at BIC provides a unique opportunity for motorsport enthusiasts to test their skills on a professional racing circuit. The thrill of driving on the same track that has hosted Formula 1 races adds an extra element of excitement to the experience. With a focus on safety and driver etiquette, participants can enjoy pushing their vehicles to the limit while adhering to strict guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for all.

By booking in advance, participants can secure their spot at a reduced rate and plan their day accordingly. Whether looking to spend a full day on the track or just a few hours, there are options available to suit every preference. The inclusion of instructor sessions and the ability to bring additional drivers or passengers make it possible for everyone to take part in the excitement of Open Track Day at BIC.

Don’t miss the chance to take part in the first Open Track Day of 2025 at Bahrain International Circuit. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a beginner looking to experience the thrill of track driving for the first time, this event offers something for everyone. Book your slot in advance, follow the rules and guidelines set forth by the organizers, and get ready to enjoy a day of high-speed action and adrenaline-pumping excitement at ‘The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East’.
